Great game but every time I get a new phone it deletes my progress. Would love to see an iCloud or game center integration so that progress in the game can be saved cross platforms or devices.

Its alright

Its a game of play if I had hours of time with no other fun/exciting games. Played 4 scenes bored out of my mind. Should be free to try no one would buy the whole thing.... Maybe Im just ADHD??

Just really not an entertaining game. They tried to make a clever 8bit game and failed.

This is a short yet amazing game, at about two hours (also, @Collin, you could do this in a day, with some will power, JUST BELIEVE!)

After the first 20 minutes of play, I had to get online for help on unlocking one of the first puzzles (I got sick of walking the character back and forth looking for clues and not getting anywhere). The game is frustratingly opaque, with not enough reward for grinding through the slow moving action. I deleted the game after just a few days.

Beautiful in concept and execution, with lush pixel art, wry humor, challenging but not impossible puzzles and battles, and Jim Guthries kickass music. This is a fantastically well put together little epic that will hook you more than the average iOS title. Highly recommended!

the most boring game that ive ever played in my whole life!! its just typical game that walk,talk and grap things nothing interesting about it! this game is overrated either people are lying so others buy it or they never played a real adventure game!! it doesnt even worth your little money,pointless boring game.

Never finished, because it doesnt have iCloud save. The game is beautiful, but having restarted tree times, I probably wont play it anymore.

This mess is considered a gorgeous game? This pixelated nonsense is considered a gorgeous game? What a joke. Half the times I cant distinguish what the hell in looking at? What a pixelated nightmare. Save your buck for a much more worthier game.

This is by far the best game Ive found on the App Store. This game has amazing music and artistic style that goes together perfectly to make a vary atmospheric game. It reminds me of a 2D Zelda. It was for sure worth 99 cents. I would recommend this game to anyone!

This game starts off wonderful. Beautiful music, mystery, fun graphics, humor, and a sense of wonder. That disappears over time, when you realize that youll spend most of your time wandering around, even when you do know what you need to do. Sometimes youll even have to wait for certain phases of the moon. The real moon. You can change the phase in game, but it involves (once again) a lot of walking around. The scope of this game was too large for the landscape, and developers got creative to make it longer. Its clever, but its just far too tedious. Ive had this game for some time, and I never got around to beating it. I havent deleted it because I always said "maybe someday" but Im now realizing "someday" will never come.

Perfectly captures the mental picture we carry in our heads of the games and stories we loved as kids. Not the actual games, it brings to life the enthrallment and the mood and the adventure we imagined we had. I wish for this dream in my hands to remain far longer than the fleeting moments this game lasts. A masterpiece, a cherished memory made real.

Im irritated that I spent .99 on this. I gave this game 30 minutes based on the kind of cool atmospheric promo video. Was hoping something cool would happen but honestly you just wander around this poorly rendered landscape hoping something interesting will happen. I can tell you the 5 star ratings are surely from the game developers. Move on bystander - nothing to see here.

All it does is display a title screen with the spinning record. Theres no way to get past that. No instructions, no menus, nothing.

This made the essentials list, seriously? This is ugly, repetitive, nonsensical garbage. Stay away!
